We delivered the first generation of appliances to Carrefour Market Eeklo more than 25 years ago. Because of recent technological advances, they decided to order new appliances, namely a rotisserie and food warmer that were entirely geared to their needs and wishes. This year, Yannick opened another supermarket in Oostrozebeke, for which he asked us to supply the machines.

We bought our rotisserie and food warmer, for our stores in Eeklo and Oostrozebeke, from D’Heldt. We chose a self-cleaning rotisserie from Fri-Jado, so we could sell roast chicken without having to clean the machine every day. This has proved to be a huge motivator for the team. Thanks to the automatic cleaning, they no longer have to clean the appliance, which has turned selling hot chicken into a positive story for them as well!
We are very satisfied with our machines and also with D’Heldt’s service. During installation everything went smoothly and training was also given to our staff to learn how to use the appliance. It is an easy device to use, so everyone was quickly up and running.
After the sale, D’Heldt remains accessible at all times for questions about the appliances. Follow-up orders (of maintenance products, water filters, etc.) also go smoothly and are delivered quickly.
