The Turbo Deli Rotisserie is the fastest traditional rotisserie in the industry. Air is introduced into the hollow space of the TDR, resulting in perfectly prepared grilled chicken – deliciously crisp and flavorful. Moreover, it retains its attractive appearance for many hours.

The TDR forces air through the cavity, resulting in improved heat transfer to the products and therefore lower electricity consumption during cooking. Thanks to eco-cooking, the TDR also saves an additional 5% of energy. When we add this improved heat transfer to the products and the fast cooking process, we get the most energy-efficient rotisserie with a high production capacity.

Cooking time correction ensures that any changes in the cooking cycle, such as half-loading, overloading or different product temperatures, are corrected. This technology detects deviations in the temperature curve and automatically adjusts the cycle, ensuring both food safety and efficient use of energy during cooking.
