The TG 4 is ideal for the perfect preparation of chicken and various types of meat products, making it very suitable for supermarkets, butcher shops and deli departments. Despite its versatility, the TG 4 is exceptionally easy to operate. Just set the time and temperature and start the rotisserie.
The TG uses both convection and infrared radiation, which Fri-Jado rotisseries are known for. This heating process results in a juicy product with an evenly cooked, crispy crust, offering a true taste experience.
The components in the cooking chamber of the spit roaster are removable, including the grease collection tray that drains grease through a flap. This shortens cleaning time, reduces labor costs and allows operators to spend their precious time on the most important thing of all: serving your customers.
